how to develop module based html like joomla
i am planning to develop a HTML site similar like joomla (module based -
header1, header2, header3, content, left , right, footer), which can
control by programatically which div required or which is not required,
the layout should be adjust automatically after controlling the elements.
i am new to this, don't know how to start and where to start.
