Navigation Menu not loading initially on page load, sometimes have to
refresh, why?
I am having an issue on a Microsite that I put together here:
http://opportunityfinance.net/conference-2013/ , sometimes, it shows the
Nav Menu on the site initially, on page load as follows and after loading
up the entire page:
This is fixed upon a page refresh, but how can I make the Nav Menu look as
it should ALWAYS, without refreshing the page after loading it up?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Seems like a cache problem, though not
entirely sure what is causing this. Other people are also experiencing
this issue, but after page refresh, it than shows fine. What is causing
this?
